The Strand Arcade
412-414 George Street, Sydney-city, NSW 2000When The Strand opened in 1892, it was the fifth and last of the arcades built in Victorian Sydney. Today, it is the only one remaining in its original form. When English architect, John Spencer unveiled his plans for the arcade in the mid-1880s he received a standing ovation. The plans were ambitious. The arcade was to be 340 feet long, and three stories high, running between Pitt and George Streets. Magnificent cedar staircases at each end of the arcade led to the second and third floor galleries which were linked by a central bridge. The arcade was one of the first Victorian buildings in Sydney designed to take into account the harsh Australian climate. The roof was to be made of glass, specially tinted to reduce glare, and the access gallery of the top floor was projected to shade the lower levels. More- 02 9232... 0292324199

Internet Find
264 George Street, Sydney-city, NSW 2000Be found on the Internet. The best reason for advertising on Internet Find is the targeted traffic. The most distinguishing fact about traffic to local providers is that the visitors to this website are highly focused traffic. They are here for one thing and one thing only: To look for, compare and select a business of their choice. This highly targeted visitor profile means your ads - and your listing - on Internet Find are hitting a much more receptive audience than general advertising on a search engine or social media - Visitors to Internet Find have already gone beyond the step of searching for options for listings and have come to a website where their next choice is made: Your ads are there to help influence that choice they are about to make your listing be found in the Internet. Traffic to the site has consistently grown larger, year after year. At present, Internet Find averages 35,000 unique visitors per month, making an average of 50,000 visits per month and viewing an average of 136,650 pages per month.
